Elumanation provides an energy efficient lighting upgrade to an upscale Scarborough, ON multi-residential facility. 20 Watt inefficient MR16 halogens were replaced by our environmentally friendly, 3 Watt MR16 LEDs (E-MR16/HB/3X1W).
By eliminating maintenance and ongoing material costs while drastically reducing their energy consumption this property will benefit with over 112,000 kWh avoided and over $21,000 in savings after a 0.9 year ROI over the 50,000 hour lifespan of the LEDs. |

Elumanation provides an energy efficient lighting solution to its 100th elevator to combat the problems with traditional 12Volt MR16 halogen lighting in elevators.
In the dynamic stress of elevators and with their excessive heat output traditional halogen's fragile filaments rarely last their rated 2,000 hours, our LEDs solid state circuitry, low temperature operation and vibration proof diodes ensures bright illumination for upwards of 5.5 years of constant usage.
That means at least 25 halogens would have to be purchased to equal the lifespan of each of our MR16 LEDs. Combined with considerable energy savings and eliminated maintenance costs, return on investment is quick allowing for additional savings throughout the LED's 50,000 hour rated lifespan. |

By eliminating maintenance and ongoing material costs while drastically reducing their energy consumption combined these properties will benefit with over 209,000 kWh avoided and over $41,000 in savings after a 0.72 year ROI over the 50,000 hour lifespan of the LEDs. |
